Things are starting to happen

Whilst we’re wating for engineering and building approvals, we’ve started sorting the containers ready for shifting and installing into postiion.

First step is to remove the decomissioned cooling motors. You might think, ‘don’t you need refrigeration in a brewery?’ Well yes, but if you watch the video you’ll udnerstand not at this size.

It’s a bit of fun messing around with the crane pulling these units out. A few are staying in place. They stood up to Mark’s efforts to remove them and won. No matter, they are part of the decor now.
