Design and Concept

Having spent the last 6 years working out how to have a cellar door, the opportunity finally came along with the commercial subdivision in the Swanwick industrial area in Coles Bay Tasmania.

We wanted to keep with the inductrial feel of the area, and of course the rustic nature of our brewing philosphy, along with our reuse and recycling ethos, so the main building is from decomissioned refrigerated containers.

We’ll post as the project progresses. Of course people in Coles Bay can drive past and drop in, depending on works giong on, to check out what’s happening.

The cellar door will host craft brewery experiences for folks visiting Coles Bay, and a friendly and comfortable hang out for locals.

Somethign to celebrate. We got our DA today from Council. Watch this space….
